Report for April 2007

April was a typical month, with ups and downs on the LSE which ended 1% higher. Our Unit Value followed suit and ended up 1% at 126.07. There were no dramatic changes in any of our stocks: only the Treasury Bonds weakened materially as the interest rate climate generally was higher [the higher the interest rate, the lower the value of the fixed interest bond]. Island Oil and Gas stock remains weak despite the upbeat brokers report already circulated.
